Group Markers and Health Bars not working

After the patch I cannot see markers for group members over their heads. I also have it set to always show health bars on group members and those are missing too. Basically everything under the "Nameplate" section has stopped working.

After the update nameplates and health bars are not showing for my group members. If I leave the group I can see them. While in the group I can see everyone's but the people in my group. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm the crown or another member of the group is.

This is extremely frustrating as a healer.

I am also having the same problem. I also can't see certain animations and effects on screen. This was happening to me on the PTS before the patch as well.

I have this problem as well. I noticed it when joining via the group finder. When in a group with my spouse no problems, but when entering a dungeon their markers, and nameplate information disappeared. The NPC's nameplates where visible making it easier to see them than my group.

I am having the same issue, but it is also affecting all quest markers. The "show on map" function brings up the middle of the map, no markers, arrows, indicators, radius circles, anything. I've turned off all add-ons and reset everything to default, no dice. thanks for the prompt acknowledgement and response, ZOS. ^

This appears to be an issue on only some computers. I don't have the problem, but my wife does. Come to think of it, she had problems with long load screens before and we corrected it by changing something in the usersettings file. It would be interesting to know if others who are having this problem had done the same. I am going to do some fiddling tonight and see if it may fix the problem.

This is a HUGE problem for healers who have this issue....

Any idea when this might be fixed? It is very hard to keep track of everyone in a 4 person group. Trials this weekend are going to be very difficult as a healer with no nameplates, health bars or even arrows over the group members heads.

This is pretty game breaking.

Someone in the group goes down and you can't find them to rez.
Healers can't tell where to drop the AOE heals.
Someone needs help in a fight, you can't tell where they are.

Hope this gets attention soon.

Ditto on this as a Healer.

My icons are also not all displaying for skills, and none of them are displaying in the Q hotmenu bar. Just strange numbers. Can't tell when my ults are ready or anything.

I was doing tests on my Wife's Computer (Not Working) and My Computer (Working).
I ended up copying and pasting ALL FILES over from my computer onto hers.
My computer still works. My Wife's computer still DOES NOT WORK.

I looked at every file and compared sizes.
The only difference I see is that she has this extra folder under Zenimax Online\Launcher\ProgramData.
The folder is empty. I have deleted it and it just reappears after running ESO on her computer.

Maybe this will help you fix it quicker @ZOS_GinaBruno because this sucks.
