✭✭Why should blocking and rolling costs be increased? The biggest issue is unchained. 80% reduced cost for 3 seconds after cc break.... like whats stamina regen. Your knocking on the wrong doors here.
I agree with the Executes thing (Executioner is fine since it slowly scales to its max value till 25%). RD and Poison Inj should be 25% in my opinion.
Incap could be 75 ultimate. 125 is a bit extreme considering DBoS is 125 which is argueably superior. Onslaught is also 125 i believe.
Shield costs are not an issue in my opinion since running magicka builds dry of stamina and forcing them to roll dodge can be a pretty hard counter. Heal % stacking concerns me more.
