after every update i need to re-downlaod the game

I need to know if it`s there any known problem with this because after every possible update i must uninstall ESO and re-download it ( i have tried to repair all the time it gives me the same error there is not enough disk space etc. i have 33gb free disk space on the partition where i have installed ESO.

This has happened to me every patch. When the download fails I close ESO and restart my computer. Then I download the patch again. This works for me every time.

Here's what I do:

1. When the game patches, I immediately check the patch note forum to confirm there is indeed a patch.
2. Note the size of the patch and confirm that the patch downloading appears to be the actual patch.
3. Let the patch run.
4. If it attempts to download additional patches not noted in the patch notes, I close the launcher and open it again.
5. At this point I can usually click play.
6. If it still attempts to download some unnecessary, inane patch, I close the launcher again and bypass it entirely, launching the client directly.

I'd love to not have to do these workarounds, but my internet is ungodly slow. The ping is fine but I have a very low download speed, generally meaning to download the entire game would take several days. If ZOS doesn't like me using workarounds they need to fix their patcher's patching.

i dont have problem with download speed i have 100mbps up and down stream but still it`s annoying to wait ~2h to re-download the game. If they know any other solution i beg them to tell us!

I've noticed also that after downloading new patch my launcher informs me that something is wrong with my download and gives me an option to Repair.

I don't hit this Repair though but instead close the Launcher and re-open it and then it checks itself and let me Play without further problems

. I never hit Repair when it appeared on screen and never was forced to do any additional actions.

This however is a bit confusing. If there are no actions needed from me after the download is complete and game works well, but nevertheless launcher yells for Repair - it's something wrong with the Launcher, it's bugged.

Here we are One Tamriel patch is life yey, we are all happy about the patch but yet i can't play the game bcoz of the annoying problem with every possible large patch. i have to uninstall the game and re-download it to be able to play. One Tamriel ftw. it will be better if i wait for one week and get the game patched with the new bug's and then i will download to play. As Eso+ i lose, i just cant understand Eso staff and there patches and launchers. I'M PISSED OFF JUST FOR THE RECORD

Were you prompted somehow to reinstall you game by some system screen or your reinstalling proces starts independently from yourself even if you don't click anything?

Asking because during download I was prompted if I want to reinstall entire game, because it can be installed improperly. I clicked no, game is ok, and as a result only the patch was downloaded.

Incompetent idiots, the new requirement to group for normal leveling and gear scaling has tested my patience to the limit, not to mention i had to download 30 gb again, i said screw that and restarted my launcher only to find it now crashing instead, this is on steam.

i just leave it for update to download and install and the end of the installing i get error unable to install patch please restart client. i`m restarting client and the process again from 0%. after some trying i can get to the repair option at the end and after i get repair option i have the error: there is not enough disk space in that partition i have like 30gb free.
