Need Help With UD 12 D/L

I downloaded the UD 12. When I tried to run from the LAUNCHER, I get FATAL ERROR 11. In checking the Knowledge Base I found the suggested steps to correct this issue. I did a complete repair. I deleted the LAUNCHER folder and reinstalled from my Account Page. I am still getting the FATAL ERROR 11 and am at a total loss as to how to proceed from this point. Essentially the game is dead to me. If I can't get a resolution to the problem soon, I am just going to abandon ESO which is a shame since I really like the game.

WhitC1935✭✭✭I finally gave up and uninstalled and reinstalled the game overnight. Works like a charm now. I did replaced the Launcher earlier just to make sure.0

✭Have you tried starting game without launcher? Seems the best way.
I start my game by eso64.exe instead of Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe, I use launcher only for patching the game and never accept any prompts for repair of reinstall.PC EU (PL): 14 characters.
