Launcher triggers computer restart

Hey,can't seem to find my particular problem discussed on the forums. Every time I attempt to launch the launcher to update the game, it triggers a reboot of my computer. I've launched other games (WoW, swtor) and no trouble.
I even tried to reinstall the launcher by downloading it from the ESO site and it doesn't work either.

✭✭Figured it out, Go into User Account Settings and adjust the bar so it's NOT on Never Notify. Should work. Just "User Account Settings" into the search bar or Cortana and it should come up.0
