I hate those stupid contests! (not eligible again)

Hi,

Each time there is a cool contest where I can win millions of $ or amazing trips, I am not eligible in Quebec, Canada. Ok in Quebec we have some rules, but is it that complicated to make the contest available here? All Canada is eligible, but I'm not.
It's very annoying because I really want to win one of these trips.

Answer: Yes, it absolutely is. Zenimax can't just flip a switch and make a competition available wherever they like or even make exceptions. It is the local government and laws that govern the rules of what is called "sweepstakes competitions". While I hate that this is the case, Zenimax cannot do anything about it. It's all in the hands of governments and laws.

I was actually just laughing about the fact that one of the places you can go is New Zealand, yet the entire countries of Australia and New Zealand are not eligible to enter. At all. Not just 1 state, the entire country. So while I feel for you on your front, it is much worse elsewhere.

In Québec they just have to sign a paper and give a small amount of money to just say "this contest is legit" because before there was some fraud... Now we just don't have contest anymore and that suck. I live 5 km from Ontario

Living in New Zealand. I would rather zenimax return some of the money I put into the game on improvement rather than competitions for select groups of people.
