Map Quest Icons Missing

Just logged in after the patch and my world map isn't showing any quest objective icons. Doesn't matter if it's the ones that are an arrow or an area or indicating that it's in another zone/map. Nothing shows up. My compass won't show the active quest indicators until I'm within a certain range of the objective. So unless I know where I'm going, I'm blind.
Yes, I have updated all my add-ons, then disabled them, tried it on 2 characters and looked through all the settings I could think of. No dice.
