There's no megaserver selection in launcher (solved)

Hello again, I downloaded the launcher from my account page, however there's no megaserver selection in options, also launcher setup didn't give me any choice to choose one
I can see launcher is ready download the game but it says "The Elder Scrolls Online (NA)"
I'm in EU, how do I choose my megaserver?
