Where does everyone's elemental mitigation come from? I'm asking because of the Chillrends and Bonekins in IC sewers. If end game jewelry consists of agility sets, endurance sets, and the like, then where does the mitigation come from? I'm getting a lot of cold damage when I get caught in the red circle.
