Undaunted passive not working?

So one of my chars I grinded up just got undaunted 9 last night and I looked at magicka and then put a point in and no change. I tried changing gear around and with 5/1/1 and with 7/0/0 I had around 45k magicka I actually lost magicka by ~75 when I put more than just light armor on. I'll do more testing after work but are there any known bugs?

magictucktuck✭✭✭✭✭I checked that but I'm pretty sure I used all same sets and was swapping monster set (engine guardian) but I'll double check I was not loosing a set bonus somewhere0

magictucktuck✭✭✭✭✭Ok just tested no change in health mag or Stam when changing exact same monster set from light to heavy.. notable mention my Stam sorc also same problem. Is this just a UI error @ZOS_GinaBruno0
