Missing achievements

How the title says, I'm missing a lot of achievements. I checked like 10 times with my friends (we have done them together) and we miss achievements wich we have done. For example I'm missing Sludge-Slinger Slayer (44/50) and I'm 100% sure I had it at. Also the conqueror and speed/no death runs, most of them are missing. Please do something!
My achievement points are intact, but not the achievements themselves. Also all the dolmens I did and discovered aren't there anymore!

mihaiisraging✭✭✭Also when I tried to do the wayrest 2 vanquisher today it didn't work. I couldn't get the Uulgarg the Risen boss. And I have done wayrest in veteran many times before this patch.0
