client won't update

after it update 12 went live, I started the launcher but it wouldn't download the update so i started the repair but then again it wouldn't update .. even after repair, I am simply seeing the "play" button on the launcher. plz help @ZOS_GinaBruno

WhitC1935✭✭✭Same thing happened to me. I went in and renamed my Elders Scrolls game folder to ESO Old, restarted the launcher and got the UPDATE button . . . but now over 3 hours later I have downloaded only 11%. This is absolutely ridiculous.0 -
