What about the Skyshards in One Tamriel? Did they get refreshed or not?

I was thinking, what about the Skyshards in One Tamriel, did they all get refreshed or not? And in Craglorn?
I mean if I have already collected some of them, did they now get refreshed, so that I will be able to collect them all again or not?
I came to this question, when reading the part of patch notes about Craglorn changes, where it says, this:
Because of the significant changes, you will be able to complete all the quests in Craglorn even if you've done them once before.
Be sure to try your hand at the group delves to find new rewards, or take on one of the world events with a full group for new achievements!
Just like the rest of Tamriel, you can expect to find updated loot throughout the quests, delves, and bosses in Craglorn.
I assume the answer will be "no", but better to ask a silly question, than not to ask

✭✭It should have said "Because of the changes, you will have to discover Craglorn afresh, starting with the quest giver in your alliance capital"
My skyshard tracker says that I've collected the Craglorn skyshards, my skill points total agrees... and yet I get XP for finding the wayshrine in Belkarth.
(Haven't been able to look for skyshards - game crashed and isn't easy to get back into...)0
