And make it completely useless?

Only way to keep it relevant would be to reverse the dmg component. No build up but instead it goes down. But that are my dreams for all ground aoes so meh...
Acronyms can be so confusing at times. What he means is "[Learn 2 Post] complaints on the forums until it's nerfed."
You say 155 replies, but a lot of those replies are general banter and quite a few saying it's fine the way it is. 31 agrees is not enough to have a skill kicked into the dirt. I don't say this very often because it's generally not called for, but if you are having trouble dealing with hurricane then you seriously need to l2p

The only people saying it's fine are stam sorcs.

Why would I gimp myself and my group by picking magicka sorc when I could have better single target spammables\dots, better single target burst, better AoE spammables\dots, better AoE burst, better mobility, better sustain, and better survivability with a stam sorc? With a stam sorc I can have it all with dual wield bow, 2h bow, OR bow dw while I HAVE to run destro if I want a spammable AoE (that barely hits as hard as a single dual wield light attack which covers half of the area of steel nado, an ability that consistently has a higher tooltip while being an execute) OR a single target spammable for magicka sorc.
On that note I personally don't have too much of a problem with hurricane as it stands. I would prefer bring stam overall down a notch before we go about gutting class specific skills, especially when hurricane itself is just the tip of the iceberg.

You choose magsorc so you can spam encase on people for the rest of your stam group to neatly dawnbreaker the confused people not knowing why they can't move.

Why would I use encase when bombard exists?
Because you'd rather use an ability that costs almost twice as much mag as bombard costs stam, does no dmg to boot, has a wonky effect area, and doesn't register as well in lag.The-Baconator wrote: »The-Baconator wrote: »The current strength of stamina sorc compared to magicka sorc is a perfect example of how borked this meta is. No, not really. Way more people have said it's fine then not. You really need to stop the whining.

^ stam sorc
lol, hurricane is doing too much damage?
6% chance under 15% HP. I'd say average HP in cyro is 25k now a days so that 3750 HP. Were you going to live with only 3750 HP left? Maybe, but considering the 6% chance, you're crazy to think Hurricane is OP for implosion procs.
Every week magicka users come up with another reason that stamina users are OP.
