✭✭✭I used to use this set with various other poison Sets and enchants way before CP Mighy gave a damage bonus as another way to stack damage in an interesting way, especially for bows.
Unless they changed it A LOT it's certainly not OP.0 -

lol, yah that set is comical. There is a worse one though. Can't remember the name but it requires you to do 6 light attacks to build up a bomb on the enemy, then have a second player do a fully charged heavy attack to detonate the bomb.
You'd think the damage for that kind of setup would be 40k or something, but nope, it's only like 5-6k, lol.
Stamina sets right now are so unequivocally better than magicka ones in power and usability.

Oh no, a reason to run Trials, heaven forbid!
That 1s cooldown on P.Serp wasn't on the PTS, I'm guessing they cut it to stop silly proc combos from dot builds and from dualwield heavies. Good move, doesn't ruin the set at all.0
