So new launcher, which is all lit up and the play button is there. I launch the game and choose the EU server..... fine so far. Log in and..........
Then is says that the game is still under maintenance so I log out again
The little light saying online/offline had its uses you know.

✭✭I feel the same way, it's sad that they took away something that worked and was useful.
However, it's because they have attempted to harmonize the launcher/client so that you can log into either NA or EU. If you have an account on both of these then you don't really have a realm - because you can choose. But you can only choose when you give your account details (at log in) because your account is linked to EU or NA.
They should have changed "realm status" to two indicators, one for EU, one for NA.2 -

They are, but the best option in terms of user friendliness, is to display all necessary information without forcing people to search outside of the software they are attempting to use.

Vrath✭✭✭As noted in another thread this wasn't a priority fix that would hold up an update. They are working on adding the indicator back in future hotfixes. Essentially they ran out of time..0 -
