Tamriel One Patch - Showing North America version update?

The Tamriel One Patch just started downloading on my husband and my computers (hurray!!). However, both of them say 'The Elder Scrolls Online (NA) -75%'. We play on the European server not the North American server. Is this normal or am I missing something here? o.O

theivorykitty✭✭✭Additionally, the server selection option seems to have disappeared in the launcher settings, so I am unable to tell whether it actually switched us to the North American server or not and unable to switch us back to the European megaserver in the case that they did.
It sure seems like they moved us to the North American server though, since now I'm getting notifications on the ESO startup about the North American PC/Mac megaserver being unavailable. Usually we didn't get pop-up notes about that server.

theivorykitty✭✭✭Ohhhh nice! They added a server select into the game menu itself so that it's easier to switch without having both installed at once! Love!

That's not the 50 gig folder I was referring to. I was talking about the actual EU install folder that's not in the Documents folder. The Documents folders were just settings, addons and screencaps. Oh yeah, okay. So I didn't delete anything off of my computer and was able to log in successfully on both the NA and EU servers. I only had the EU version installed on my computer prior to the patch. Now I have the following folders within my C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online directory:
-> Launcher
-> The Elder Scrolls Online
-> uninstall
