Hello,
This is a problem that happened before, at the time and after extensive help from the support team (which even included an overseas phone call) we reached the conclusion the fault was in my router and after changing it (it's supplied by my ISP) it went away.
Now, about a month ago I had to change the router again and since then the problem has returned. Since I'm trying to avoid contacting my ISP again so soon for another change I'm trying to see if the cause just may be one of the router's settings.
I've followed all of the usual support guide for such a problem - excepting ESO in my AntiVirus software, port tirggering, etc - and I'm looking to see if maybe someone has encountered a similar problem.
My router is a Netgear VEGN2610 - an N600 series supplied to my ISP, but since the previous faulty router I had was a Lincsys, it's obviously not a brand problem.
So, I would appreciate any information someone can offer (I'll remind you again to skip all the regular solutions about port-forwarding/triggering and such.
Thanks.
