I think its a bug caused by casting inner Light and Flames of Oblivion then swapping weapons.

It's spell critical. There wouldn't be a difference between 100, 900 or 2200%. It would just mean that every hit was a crit. And yes, I know it's a UI bug, but I'm just saying if
