Guild Traders Broken? (PC/NA)

After maintenance, logged in to check on Traders. Seems like they're broken again. Not sure if it's to do with silver/gold zones like last time or if it's a different one. To others and I, some guilds do not own their Traders, giving the option to Bid/Hire. Apparently other guilds are having the same problems at the moment. The main guild I'm in successfully bid for Dahnadreel but people cannot access the Guild Store:

Daganerabus✭✭✭This issue is the same on console (ps4)
However, the WORKAROUND to FIXING this issue.... is to "COMPLETELY CLEAR ALL NOTIFICATIONS"
If all notifications are cleared, including guild invites sitting dorment. You should have NO ISSUE placing Your Bid.
