I contacted you 3 weeks ago about an item rolling back when your server crashed. It wasn't a scheduled maintenance like you tried to claim. Your server went down you then posted your having issues with the na server and your looking into it.

I had a vma precise dagger roll back and I had to redo round 9 yet my score was on the board. I contacted you several times. I then raged out and contacted you over and over in a day and now you banned me from the game.

I would like to say your customer service is horrible since I have received no help from you after trying repeatedly I was then banned.

Any chance I can get a response thats not copy and pasted?? Do you guys only read the rage and get joy out of banning people????

    They don't discuss bans on the forums. (Besides, the forum staff are not the same as the game support staff.)
