While excited for the stuff we know is coming soon, I'm more excited about the stuff that hasn't been formally announced.

i'm hopefull about the direction of the game. i feel like it has improved a lot this past year since the failure that was IC.

Last night while playing in cyrodil i was hit with a 11k incap strike...i have five heavy armor, was on my sword and shield bar, had 7/8 slots filled with impen, and major resist buff, and the player who hit me was NOT in stealth. now the player may have had clever alch procced or other sets that dramatically increase his weapon damage, but the damage was a bit scarey. it left me feeling like...well damn, if these numbers are achieveable NOW...what will they be like when everyone has grinded their gear from update 12? my prophecy, is that damage is going to get completely out of hand, favoring certain defensive styles more than others.
i also think that dodge chance as a result of this damage increase will become WAY to important for the PVP meta. even amongst magicka users, as their own forms of defense are being slowly negated by stamina. most obvious for of magicka defense being negated is direct healing. as in, you have to TAKE damage, to fill ur healthbar and not die. so if we magicka users are taking one shot level damage from a 50 ult cost skill...wheres the time for defense? so for example magick DK and templar, we have to sacrifice the light armor damage and sustain, in order to just survive the hits, so that we can heal up again...but after this update, how will we be able to compete when a stam user can just dodge his way to victory?...

this patch is sadly balanced, i am hopeful that zos will correct their mistakes somhow...but i am not very optimistic about their capability to do so

i mean...i would absolutly LOVE to be able to go into a duel, built the way i SHOULD be able to be built.

stamina users can build to be glass cannons (and magick sorcs/ NBs), but mag templar/ DK get left in the dust. i cannot build to be a glass cannon in a duel against anything, i'll get one shotted practically. the only thing i can do is survive the fight...and survive i can do trust me, but with all that surviving there is zero fighting. kinda hard to cast puncturing sweeps/ darkflare when you're spending so much time just defending...
