Don't know how much that actually matters, since it would amount to only 0.6K extra healing at a 12K healing from BoL for example. But the difference is minor. I've actually seen a video with a Khajiit DK tank doing VSO and explaining the mechanics right after they revamped it and he was tanking very well, despite the lack of health and stamina bonuses - he was indeed using structured entropy from what I can remember.
