Decreased Spawn Times for One Tamriel?

I can only imagine how empty the world will be with every alliance camping bosses, mobs, dolmens, dungeons...etc to farm set pieces. Please tell me there will be a decreased spawn time for these enemies it will be a pain to try and get anything accomplished for every player if they have to wait 30 minutes or more for a boss to show. This also applies to grinding spots with the increase in players in one area it'll become extremely difficult to grind quickly if you need to travel long distances to find mobs that are not packed with people.

There shouldn't be any more players in one area than you currently get in the most populated areas (like DC's Glenumbra or Stormhaven), and respawn times there aren't that bad. What you won't have are the severely underpopulated areas, like AD's Rivenspire.

Not to mention the bit people forget, the megaserver that spawns more instances of busy areas as needed.
