EU server performance.....

since last maintenance has been terrible for me. Before last maintenance i never, EVER got lag spikes or fps issues, even in vma. Sanctum for the most part ran fine, totally playable. But this past week has been horrendous. Standing idle in zone latency going mental, shooting up to 800+ and back down again, constantly. VMA, well virtually unplayable now for me.

WTF did you do ZOS?

PC EU performance i think is down also. Last night me and 2 friends just talking about experiencing lag spikes to 999 for 1 min then back to normal again, been happening for a while now. We all run pretty high spec Pc's with fibre LAN

Yeah, meant to say PC. And same, have high end pc, 100mb fibre blah blah blah, game runs like a bag of ***.

It's really annoying, and if this keeps up i'm out. Can't play like this. Even doing pledges today 4 times, lag spikes in every run.

Last week PvP was horrible. Last night was glorious tho, highest was 433 ping.

They really need to make huge upgrades to their data center , network connection and internet. They must have 10 Gigabit band especially because OT is coming.

I have fps drops, latency drops almost every day since the beginning of september. My friends have the same issues in the last month.

I do not have these issues on the NA server but i hear a lot of complaints form people who are in my guild that also play the EU server. It might be the host they have running the EU server that is having issues. As you know ZoS does not directly run the EU server thus unlike the NA one it is harder for them to do needed maintenance on as thoroughly as the NA one.

It's been bad of late IME. Lots of general lag which makes the game feel unresponsive, severe lag spikes, ridiculous loading screens and dropping out of authentication. I'm like you, have a top-end PC with fibre broadband, and yet the ESO experience is not the best.

I'm an ESO subscriber and I fail to understand how they cannot get a handle on performance for a subscription game. I love the game itself but I can't see me renewing my sub when it expires if it's still this uninspiring performance wise, there comes a point when you question what you are paying for.
