I have every achievement in character>general category that is possible to get, but the status bar only shows 90% full, is it a bug?

✭General seems to mean all the character achievements. I'm only missing Black Market Mogul out of all the subcategories under Character and Character: General shows the same progress as Character in the achievement overview tab.Edited by rhapsodious on October 1, 2016 8:20PM0 -
