Hello guys! It is me again (:
This time with a different kind of video.

This will be a 20 min video on my thoughts on Stamina Templar for PVE.
Along with Gear Progression T3!!

T3= Tier 3.

There will be 3 videos each video the gear will become harder and harder to get, along with more damage done!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKrTxm00X_Y

Gear!! Stats with the gear listed below. and 561 CP.
XJdRpii.jpg

CP 150 Night mothers 5 or 4
CP 150 Hunding Rage 5 or 4
Dual Wield with Bow back bar.
3 Endurance although the DPS testing was done with Agility. (Deleted my character with endurance on PTS SORRY)
All weapon damage Enchants on rings and neck.

At the end of the video it will show some set ups you can use for 300, 400, 501, 561 CP.

My opinion.
Scoring: B+
Damage: B
Type of damage: Single Target aoe skill?
AOE: B+
Single target: B
Kit sustain: C+ on bosses
Difficulty- 3/10 Very easy to play.

I will be doing T2 and T1. 1 being the best and hardest to obtain.
I will be doing all class overviews as I assume a lot of new players coming back or joining for the new updates to come.

Please leave comments about how the video could be done better, or any questions you have if i have overlooked or missed something.

Thank you guys so much.

DISCLAIMER: REARMING TRAP IS NOT BEING EMPOWERED ON THE PTS. ALSO THIS VIDEO REFLECTS MY THOUGHTS. DOESN'T MEAN ITS 100% CORRECT.

There are alot of new stamina sets and I haven't the time to test everything, that is @Alcast 's job ^_^
This video is just a guide into gear progression on stamina characters to help people get started and where to end.

Thanks again guys,

FeaR Turbo.

Could you please explain why you insist on Jack of the Night Mother and not Night Mothers gaze? You still aren't even cracking 900 stam regen. Doesn't the lack of critical bother you?

You can sustain your self better if you time your dots better. What I noticed immediately that triggered me was you did two biting jabs without power of the light up. Always have power of the light up 24/7. You threw cottletrops out randomly during the middle of the fight, huge waste of stamina and a waste of damage you could of had from the very begging. I'm guessing you did that simply to up your end dps.

Another question, do you have 100 points in stam reduction? Do you have the rest in stam regen? What is your penetration currently at, I'd imagine with cp150 gear you're going to need a few extra points into penetration to optimize it. Mighty in theory should always have 100 points put into it. Thaurmage quits being effective after around 15% mark because you're losing penetration and critical strikes %, especially on templar it's good to get 12-13% into critical strikes, and just a thousand or less into penetration, maybe more if you have low penetration due to your gear.

    Just my two cents.

Also if you absolutely cannot sustain yoru self in boss fights, don't think it's not viable to throw on a Stamina regen enchantment. I noticed you had no major damange buff either. Your bar seems improper, you could put repentence on your bow bar over rearming trap, then throw Shrouded Dagger on the DW, just remember to only use it when bar swapping so you can cancel the animation.

When talking about high end pve you want all the damage you can get, you have healers that should fed you with orbs and spears. Repentance is there for the 10% stam recovery I guess. He is getting major brutality and major crit from the potions, something any dps will do when trying to maximize dps. Potions don't use global cooldown and the buf last longer (thats why the remark on medicinal use).

Yes, but this is a comparison and overview of endgame capability and how realistic this class is to meeting the goals required to be in group for end game content. Yes I said in the bottom there were player error. But give or take some dps. The fact still remains that templars lack the ability to regen stamina vs bosses like other classes. If you sacrifice damage for sustain you should just play another class at end game.
I show my CP setup as well. Your questions should be answered.

The fact still remains no matter the optimal cp setup templars are dead last when it comes to dps and being in raid setting. We are geting 2.6k pen which is worth 47 CP points.

    Might take that into consideration...

    Bosses have 18k resistances.
4.980k from sharpened. 5.280k from major fracture. 1.3k from minor. 2.5k from NM. 1.2k from weapon enchant.

    So around 15k pen

So yeah we had enough pen (:

We get major weapon damage buff from Our potions which is up 100% of the time.

You keep commenting on all of the videos saying Why not night mothers gaze... That is what we are using and we are at almost 80% crit chance with it. lol

I DO SUGGEST HOWEVER TO NOT RUN CALTROPS ON A STAMPLAR FOR RAIDS AS YOU WONT BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN ON BOSSES. AND OTHER CLASSES DO BETTER WITH CALTROPS.

another reason why Stamplars aren't in raid.

Trap is on both bars so we our dots don't lose 3% WD while on bar.

Guess I'm the only one who assumed this was suppose to be a lower TIER build, implying no beserker potions were used.

My bad, completely dismiss everything I said.

It is a lower tier build, but a Trial build that can complete Normal Mode. Somewhere to start. Using potions is to form good habits.

No worries, Maybe we cleared some things up for everyone.

    Thank you for your concerns.

Using the potions that give you major beserk ro whatever, costs around 11k for a stack of them.

I don't see how it's feasible to include beserker potions on a build. Especially for lower level players...

If you can't afford potions or farm the mats then slot flying dagger. I said nothing of the limits to bar slots. Those are up to the user.
