MipMip✭✭✭✭Check out http://www.alitheso.com/ We are an English speaking (with many members in the UK, but also all across Europe and some in other countries) guild with many PvE and PvP events, fun social events, a high level of activity in-game (we have around 450 members), active forum and calendar. We have a no-pressure, no-drama, friendly environment where you can be as relaxed or as ambitious as you wish. We are EP (for PvP, for this you would have to re-roll) and predominantly EP for PvE (but much of the PvE content can already be done cross-alliance, and with the upcoming One Tamriel all PvE will be cross-alliance)
And by the way, you are in your thirties and consider yourself 'older people'!? I am 49
