Discord is an easy way to keep in touch.
NOTE 1: You should download the Discord client from https://discord.gg and then use the link (or just the characters at the end) for invite. The web interface is nice, but doesn't compare to the full client.
NOTE 2: Note that Discord default is voice detection, and you have to manually change it to Push-To-Talk in the settings.
NOTE 3: Some people have trouble with Push-To-Talk while some games (notably BDO, though occasionally ESO) are full-screen. The way around this is to start Discord with administrative rights (right click, then run as administrator). Once you've done this, it gets whatever permissions it needs and future use of PTT (at least until an update) works normally.

ChrisXO✭✭✭Been using Discord since March earlier this year and it's been great for keeping in touch with friends and seeing if and when people come back to ESO. Take a break, play some Overwatch, rejoin the Dominion a few months later and see who's still around. Would recommend.- ad scrub -0 -

✭✭Discord is great. Have one myself for people that I meet and enjoy playing with. You also forgot to mention that the mobile app is very easy to use, and feels like more of a text chat app with a good voice chat option. It's far superior to the TS app.1 -
