Questions About New Weapon Ultimates

Do these need to be leveled like other skills?
Do they have morphs?
If you have end-game characters that have done just about every quest in the game how are you expected to level them?
Will just using them or doing dailies give enough experience to level them in a timely manner?

You have to have achieved level 50 in the weapon skill line to unlock the Ultimate. Once you have unlocked it, you level it up by gaining experience while having the ultimate slotted. They do have morphs.

Again. Yes. Obviously.
er.... did u know there are trials, pledges, repeatable dailies, random mobs, pvp, and etc and so on.... (Obviously)
yes. I can easily level a full bar of random skills just by switching to the skills I want to level before I turn in quests. Hell I can do the above with writ turn ins(Writs give abysmal xp)
