What happened to AA?

Hey guys,
So today I went into AA with my guild, and we got to the final boss... just to see her stand up and not move from her little space up in the air.
We tried to wipe, jump of the cliff, but that resulted in her finding an even more comfy position...
I have had at least 4 different groups who had this issue, all on vet some on hard mode.
Any others who ran into this issue?
DK's can jump to her, but the shield mittigates most of the damage... and with not all dk's we were lost
Here's a shot of me standing there... waiting... while she sits in her bubble not giving me my nice gold ring that I know she has in her pocket!

✭This has been an issue for quite some time tbh. Hasn't happened a lot of times to me, but i remember it happening ages ago.

✭She can bug out if you wipe to the trash before she ports down. Frustrating bug but at the moment the only way to avoid it is to not wipe on those trash mobs.Delta

That was our observation also, don't wipe to the trash.0 -

just like the bug in vSO were you need to use the synergy twice on ozara boss to unpin people...
