Maybe I'm missing something, but a resto staff doesn't trigger any status effect, or am I wrong?

As such the Resto staff does not proc any status effect.

But while having that Resto staff slotted, the Charged trait will take effect on the proc chance on any kind of damage that can deliver secondary effects.
    Like a Frost Weapon enchant.
Like a Fire ability of a DK
    etc

We should have fought for our village and not have backed down, with our tail between our legs. Now my home village is in shambles, the houses burning, the invaders feasting.I swear every day to Shor that after Molag Bal has been defeated, I will hunt down the invaders and restore peace in Bleakrock and drink my mead with my friends at the market place".PC-EU

So I suppose is totally useless for a resto staff (as an healer), right?

    Certainly better traits.

    Powered increases healing done.
    Precise adds crit.
Heck, Even defending gives some damage resist.

Personally, I prefer Precise since there are other areas we can get increased healing. Powered would be my second choice. Again, just my oppinion.

hmm, precise - spell crit applies to weapon damage with restro staff, right? Or does crit somehow apply also to healing skills with it?

    Jep,
For a Healer the trait does not give any benefit.

I was asking because I have finished the Shroud of the Lich set.
And I can't understand the choice to put charged trait on an healing staff.

Anyway, is this set any good?
