This is the only right answer.
Get the rings and neck for dragon and then one armor piece. Then get defending dragon weapons and make the shields nirn. Nirn is best on Shields as it will give you like 40 more armor then reinforced.
Thanks for all the replies, so tava's is better than hist bark ? And does dragon jewelry only drop in gold quality? Because is kinda expensive xD

Umm not really, ulti gen is already extremely good with just bloodspawn and tava on a dk especiialy, the dragon gear really is unnecesary. IMO 5 x tava 2 x bloodspawn 5 x alkosh is bis for a pve tank as this gives your tank the ability to keep a significant armor and spell resist debuff on mobs and bosses whenever they hit a synergy and you can still warhorn for days.
Well im a main tank for some of my guilds for trials and stuff,
I run;
2 bloodspawn (helm/shoulder) 1 medium/1 light.
5 Tavas (body) all reinforced and heavy
3 potentates (accessories)
1 Master's sword + 1 fasallas shield (shield can be anything cos its an open set item) x 2 on both bars. Decisive on main bar sword and defending on the back bar.
Dragon's is nice but it needs 5 piece to be worth it. Not the best 5 piece bonus as potentates alr gives 10% ult cost reduction at 3 pieces. Masters sword is a game changer. That thing heals for 5.5k crits when u use ur puncture. Turns u into a self-sustain beast. 5 tavas + 2 bloodspawn + 3 potentates provides u with so much ult gen that you can drop warhorns back to back as long as you keep shuffle up 100%. Comboed with master's sword + DK battle roar passive, you get so much sustain and healing that you will nevah die.
EDIT: ah for random dungeon tanking, any 5 pc heavy crafted set + SnB you will be fine. The bosses there really dont hit hard so you can play even in 5 heavy hundings if u want as long as you can keep ur stamina up to block important hits.
Damn making a tank looks pretty complicated, too many options. Well thanks everyone, very helpfull suggestions.
Ok last question, considering that I want my character to look a certain way (so I'll avoid dropped sets except jewelry) and that I'll tank only dungeons (so nothing too hard) what do you think about this:
2 pcs blood spawn
5 pcs tava
3 pcs potentates (jewelry)
And use sword and shield to get the first bonus of an another set (maybe seducer for extra magicka recovery ?)

Wow having tanked every dungeon and normal hel ra, AA an SO, and vDSA in 30 k worth of armor I would say you are talking about million dollar builds to get one alkosh ring is 233 k ATM. You are giving him advise he can't follow for 6 months or more.. if ever. Also these fancy builds are from people who run in solid groups with solid healers not the random and pug groups I run with. I have no reason to run war horn (which I have) by the time they figure out what it is the buff has ended. I am pretty sure I have never run a four person with any healer who ever even heard of spell power cure. I would rather they just heal me.
That said blood spawn, malubeth, even engine guardian is good. You likely don't have cp or a lot of cp. tava will not give you enough mitigation. Armor master or hist bark is better or at least more forgiving for a new tank. More stam and block cost reduction will help you block incoming damage until you have the cp to buff less resistant armor. I use agility jewelry with block cost reduction on all three. Certainly there are a few end game sets that are much better but they are a desired state not ones readily available.
