Sounds about right, if you finish the pledges with enlightment.

Currently grinding in IC sewers I get a CP every,,40-50 min. Seems like quite a while till I can hit 561.

What's your goal? Just to get max cp? Or Pvp/PVE end game?
You're at a pretty good place for PVE right now. If I were you I'd just enjoy some dungeons and normal trials. The CP will flow...
Aside from a couple of vet dungeons (depending on your group) and hard mode trials, group PVE is easy from about 200 with the right set up, and you're good to go in Pvp from about 350. (Based on my experience).
I grinded up to about 200 cp originally, then just started doing a random normal daily dungeon four times (one on each of my characters) and then either log off, or go pvp in black water with friends.
The amount of bonus XP from randoms plus a silver/gold key was plenty for me, and I think it's a better return than traditional grinding if you have efficient groups. Each character would earn 2-4 CP per dungeon clear when I was around 200 CP.
10 CP a day average for maybe an hour or two of gameplay was a pretty good return and was quite enjoyable.
Grinding 300 CP in the sewers will burn you out quick!

Because at 561 its 187 for each section in the champion tree. At 561 u also can divide that unto 62 for 9 trees. Its not because we r special, its called balance.

I'm sure it isn't, but it feels like the cap keeps rising just as quick as I'm getting CP's (300ish here). Doesn't feel like i'll ever 'catch up' unless I stop having fun PvPing and just grind instead. :-(
I'm sure the cap increase is great for the older players who are already capped - but its a bit disheartening for us newer players - esp. from a pvp perspective where the CP gap between me and those I'm fighting (which is more important than the actual amount of CP's) will suddenly grow.

Are there 100 passives for 3 points each? No. There are 30 point, 75 point, and 120 point. How are people not understanding what I am saying? I don't care if the number evenly fits into three branches, the total amount in each branch make no sense.
