Yeah but downside to that, imo, is starting completely over. I have 'chieves and colors and money and materials, ect that I would never in a million years want to grind out again lol! If I want a challenge like that I can just hop on EU instead of my norm NA lmao! This is true, an extra character slot can start wearing all your BOP end game gear as soon as they hit 50, a new account will have to grind all that stuff up again.
HOWEVER, with an extra account you can do things like bounce mail to yourself without having to ask a friend for help.
Or you could do what I do and get both

✭✭✭✭8Still don't understand why people would make a 2nd or 3rd account, unless it's on a different platform and you want to play with buddies there. I have just one and just playing 2-3 chars from it every day is very demanding. I spend at least 5 hours a day, and in some days even 16 hours just playing them, and on some days I feel completely burned out. If ZOS ever adds another class, I might reroll a couple of character so I have a stamina and a magicka build of each class with no extras, if they don't offer a class change option.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. In a world before Crafting Bags, I used them to fill out rosters for my own, personal, Guild Banks. I had 3 of them for a total of 1,500 Slots (plus Mules, plus Account Banks, etc., etc., etc.).
Now I only make use of 1 "Personal Guild" that my close friends use to dump stuff in for me to Decon and / or use for Crafting as they aren't ESO+ and I craft for everyone.
Additionally, I've gotten attached to my Mules so I run them around Nirn from time to time. Wake up, we're here. Why are you shaking? Are you ok? Wake up...0 -
