I want to roll a new Magplar. Is One Tamriel bringing new best in slot sets for Magplar PVP?

Furthermore, I heard you can't kill anybody in Reactive+Mali+Transmutation. All you do is tank. Is that true?

Every single stam build is better than a magplar you will be tanky (if you are rich). But you won't kill anyone. Radiant only kills bad players and I for one am glad most eso players are potatoes. Thick skin, elemental defender, and spell resistance reduces radiant damage. So does blocking. I use aurora javelin to stop other Magplar's from radianting me. Fossilize cripple defensive rune every class has an ability to stop you when you radiant. I think it's fine in a group but solo it is all but useless.
Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

Both of my templars wear Skoria/heavy Kags/Willpower/Maelstrom destro and 2 Torugs DW. Not tank-plar but not too squishy; not a heal-bot but rather DPS. When One Tamriel lands I will almost certainly be taking the updated Soulshine out for a spin; it was awesome at V10.

That variation of Malubeth tankplar is horribly boring to play.

Well if there is going to be weapons in those crates, it will be mal+reactive+br dks just standing there, looking at each other and blocking for hours.
This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

Try 5 bastion of the heartland with cyrodills light. Or that other heavy armor that reduces their healing for 10 seconds

I run almost this set up but substitute Clever Alchemist for the Reactive. 5 heavy + 2 light with destro staff/s&b plus all impen 22k spell 20k physical resist with crit resist of 3200 when buffed by transmutation. I break free and heal before being killed when stunned nine out of ten times anyway so reactivate isn't necessary. Much better being able to top 4k spell damage for 15 seconds to finish other tanky people with a strong burst.

Out of curiosity, does it matter whether or not someone respects you in something designed to be a means of killing the opposition? I mean, you as the player is in a war of sorts against another faction. Who honestly gives a damn whether or not your enemy respects you as an individual? Aren't they trying to: Kill you, obtain emperorship for their faction, and or win the campaign? Who gives a damn about your enemy respecting you in the midst of war?

The reason relates to the warrior code of honor which traces all the way back to our prehistoric past..

"Warriors need a way to distinguish what they must do out of a sense of duty from what a serial killer does for the sheer sadistic pleasure of it. Their actions, like those of the serial killer, set them apart from the rest of society. Warriors, however, are not sociopaths. They respect the values of the society in which they were raised and which they are prepared to die to protect. Therefore it is important for them to conduct themselves in such a way that they will be honored and esteemed by their communities, not reviled and rejected by them. They want to be seen as proud defenders and representatives of what is best about their culture: as heroes, not “baby-killers."

Pretty interesting stuff. But, for me personally? I like to utilize whatever tool(s) are effectively laid before me to use. Whether or not it's frowned upon is none of my concern. Being heavily involved in fighting games assisted with this sort of thought process in competitive aspects of gaming, as well as racing games. As long as it's not an exploit or means of obtaining a victory/win via cheating? Best believe I'm utilizing it. Lol.

Yes, instead reroll Redguard Stam with all Well-Fitted trait and CP investment in Resistance so you can roll dodge to safety after killing someone.
