DragonSamurai360✭✭✭Yeah ESO would have been better on the magic side of things if like in the Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion and possibly it's predecessors if they had 6 or more magic skill lines and then to improve on things for an MMO standard you could add one staff skill for each of the magic skill lines. After getting up a specific staff skill line you would then be able to create blade staff's via a free motif that's automatically deposited into your inventory upon reaching and picking the correct skill to create blade staff's which then would act like melee weapons. In this instance you would equip one staff or in this case one weapon entirely for both the primary and secondary weapon slot you would just switch between the two to do melee and magical ranged respectively, which a blade staff would be able to do by general fantasy standard.2 -
