TL_Gamer, dude just chill. You are new to the game we can tell, however taking such obscene tones with the community is not gonna win you much favor with them.

The game is down right now but I will offer up some Addons that can help make the game a bit more easier for you to play.

    esoui.com/downloads/info605-MiniMapbyFyrakin.html

    or

    esoui.com/downloads/info1399-VotansMiniMap.html

One of them will surely help you navigate around muchg easier.

I can read this map. I know exactly where each sewer grate will take me and can navigate the sewers and districts with ease. Most people do. I have never heard this complaint before. You are the only one I've ever known who doesn't know how to use a map. And yet you call others stupid...
HOW quaint, If I had the game memorized like you, I would as well but I don't so take your know how and stuff it.
Oh, and the mobs. Lol. They are so easy now. Even the bosses are soloable. The guys with flags on their back are the only challenge left in the IC. If you dying to mobs in IC you are a truly awful player. This whole thread is pointless. L2P.
If I had your gear, and stats turn everyone into a pro, wiseass.

Putting your play style, stats, and know how onto others makes you a moron and an idiot who has zero comprehension level to ones problems.

In my eyes IC is one of worst DLC for i think Shadows of the Hist is also bad DLC to even call Shadows of the Hist a DLC is just stupid. Back to IC is bad for it is more or less force people that is not in to PvP to play PvP which is really stupid idea to start with but not even gave people the choose to turn of PvP feature is really stupid consider it was many post with good idea who to fix that and ZoS total ignore is really sad to see.

Zenimax didn't explain 99% of all the basic concepts and everyone knows it. In fact Zeinimax kept a lot of things hidden that were supposed to be brought to the players attention.

Me not being able to understand the basics is the fault of Zeimimax. They made the game then they're required to explain it.

You are not forced to play IC AT ALL. You do other money making activities that you prefer, then find someone who likes IC and has Tel Var and you pay them gold and they give you the goods you want to buy - including armor and weapons, mats, and even the collectibles crates. This isn't a solo game - people do different activities in game, and trade with one another.

I think OP needs to go back into their setting and turn tutorials back on, they have clearly turned them off... i actually left tutorial on when i made an alt a few weeks ago and the amount of info they give you is staggering! i remember when console launched there was a lot of info, but i think it has been added too since then!

I'm still waiting for someone to explain where the tutorial is for Cyrodiil that people claim exists but I never saw..

According to people the tutorial is a scripted event that automatically gets triggered upon entering Cyrodiil in the same way you trigger the notice about locations when you find them, the game updated their journal automatically and gave them a message across their screen showing them that there is a tutorial and where it is and how to access it.

Not since they changed the Districts to have claimable flags. If your faction has claimed a district when you die and release you end up at the closest claimed district. If your faction has no claimed districts, THEN you release to your sewer base. In either case, the next adventure is just a ladder away. If you release to a claimed district climb down the ladder you arrive at and go back to the district you wanted to do. The ladder you arrive at takes you into your base.

That is an outright lie they barely give you any information, and they hide information that a player needs to know.

Fact is there isn't even any clear instructions about how to get into Cyrodiil, Then there is no instructions about anything in Cyrodiil, as I said above I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how they even knew that the Cyrodiil even had a tutorial to begin with. There are no messages, no automatic journal entries, in fact the game does not give you any indication about anything.

Look here is a big tip for you. There is a massive help encyclopaedia that comes with the game, on PC KB+M the default key to open it is F1. I do not know what the default button is on gamepads, but there will be one.

The help section is huge, and will answer a lot of your questions. Find somewhere quiet, like in a bank or something, and please for the love of all that is good, have a read through it before raging about stuff on the forums.

IC can be a little confusing at first, but you soon work out how to get back to your base. For DC, I know I know reach it via the nobles sewer or in elven gardens.
Here's a tip if you're lost: If you set an active quest outside of IC (any random one will usually do), the map marker will actually show you how to get back.

Perhaps it's smart to say which alliance you're in when you ask for directions. Out of thumb as I don't have the game available at the moment:

AD: lower base (south), the lower and lower right district are the closest to your base if you're up. Temprl district gets you closest

EP: the right base (east), the upper right and upper one take you there. Arena district gets you closest.

DC: left base (west), the upper and lower left take you closest to that base. Memorial district gets you closest.

I want to comment on this:
If your faction has no claimed districts

How are you supposed to know what that even means. Nowhere did zenimax ever even remotely explain what 3/4 of the terminology being sued means.

There's no point in this. Several people have tried to help out and this guy hasn't thanked them for the information. Seems to believe that the game is different for him than it is for everyone else? Weird. ZOS pls lock this troll thread. :)
On my way to PC EU!
