Gap closing onto keep walls is forbidden, but what about through doors?

Lately I've noticed copious amounts of nightblades stealthing near enemy doors, and then ambushing inside when someone uses the door. Is this allowed? IMHO it's as bad as wall jumping, and if you're going to disallow the use of one of them, then you may's well ban door teleporting as well.
Frankly I don't care. I just want consistency and clarification before anyone else gets permanently banned for an exploit they weren't aware was an exploit.

for sure not allowed and should be prevented!

✭Any method to enter a keep without sieging down a wall first is considered an exploit according to ZOS.
It has been possible to Ambush/Lotus Fan into a keep through doors since forever. This issue has been reported a million times.
