Do Banish the Wicked & Combat Frenzy stack?

Do the passives Banish the Wicked (Fighters Guild) - grants 3/6/9 ultimate for killing vampires, daedra or werewolves - and Combat Frenzy (Assault) - grants 10/20 ultimate for killing players - stack? Presuming I have 3/3 in the first one and 2/2 in the 2nd, do I get 29 ultimate for killing a player who's vampire or werewolf or just the 20 I would get for killing any other player?
