There's a large DC overnight force that flips the map and uses the buffs to farm IC. The only way you'd get them to break up is to implement dynamic population caps and force them to switch some of their raids into other factions to get into Cyrodiil.
What times? Maybe I'll create an AD toon to fight them
Between 7am and 11am. And they are baaaaaaaaaaaaaad.
And by large, I mean they pop lock Azura's at 9am. Vs 1-2 bar opposition.

As for EP on Trueflame, I'm pretty sure we're out of the running for 1st realistically now. Last night, with some of those +6 per hour point evals we were getting, pretty much put the kibosh in it unless we night cap the map (which isn't going to happen). Seeing how the map is this morning, I'm going to predict a Covenant win as well.
GG, Covenant. You were more organized, consistantly, throughout the campaign. You earned the win.
Regardless EP put up one hell of a fight!
We tried!
Especially last night. Arrius was a slugfest.

However, I don't believe anybody has the will to do that. I think we a legitimately feel happy for DC and think that this upcoming win is well deserved. From what I've seen in the past couple nights, folks are just reveling in straight up fun fights around the map without worrying too too much about the score - even being somewhat courteous when a faction is getting pushed too hard (I was not at Arrius last night).
But keep this in mind over the next few days, a little thing to ponder: even if we're all feeling all warm and fuzzy about our good sportsmanship, I would argue that the only sportsmanlike thing to do would be to give DC as much hell as possible until the campaign ends.
They have earned this win, it is true, but I want them to feel confident knowing that AD and EP fought to take every last point away from them until the very, bitter end, that we tried our hardest to steal this win and that is was DC's steadfast will that prevailed.
This is the law of the great game - Hircine whispered this in my ear. Victory will be that much sweeter for DC this way.

The gulf between what I feel should be done strategically by DC's opponents and what will be done is a rather cynically large divide, I feel.
I may be proven wrong, though. Who knows.

Would you say that divide is about the width of the Alessia Bridge?

P.S. COH is also just now returning from a 3 week hiatus on Haderus - Telel moved us back and well be out and about now. This was also done to ensure that TF remained competitive after several consecutive AD wins.

We expect nothing else. Bring it!

EP does have some good small man going for them. AD seems to be stepping it up a bit more lately and noticed lots of the Childen of Hircine, Rekted Less and Dominin Knight tags out there. I think DC is going to close this one out unless we just fall asleep for the next three days.
Do people still care about winning campaigns?
Do people still care about winning campaigns?
a very rare few still care.
winning a campaign has no meaning other than 'one faction had enough players running at off hours to flip the map with little resistance from the others' so for me winning a campaign isn't much of an accomplishment.

Very few indeed. You can see how resources start flipping just before the points are counted. Even if most aren´t shattered by the loss of campaign it still adds something extra when you are leading the campaign. Of course, when you are second or third the campaign score doesn´t really feel special.
