Is this a trial/dungeon friendly build? Stam sorcs

I'm thinking of switching my main toon from magicka based to stam sorc. I'm kinda fascinated with this current build thus far:

I was wondering if this build is suitable for trials and vet dungeons?

This build looks a bit dated (both on gear and skills).

If you're looking for a relatively attainable gear sets and want to stay with something Deltia has made, you could try out this build. It has probably less damage than a perfect setup, but provides options that are less difficult to obtain.

If you're looking for a min-maxing top-tier but hard to obtain build, Alcast has a video here and a build page on alcasthq.com (which is not available for me to see at the moment). I may be listing the wrong video but I believe I am correct.

Also, it's important to note that you need Maelstrom weapons to pull the insane damage that these builds achieve. If you don't have them that is okay, but don't expect to parse top-tier.
