Best set up for DPS/ Sustain MageBlade?

I want to know as far as armor sets, weapons, skills, etc is best for PVE in general. As well as PVP if possible. I think I have PVP armor sets down. But if anyone could help me out, greatly appreciate it! ~G00se

My set is mostly PvP geared .

Necropotence and Julianos work well in PvE .

Most people will recommend tbs. however, a less conventional approach would be necropetence (shades) and either 3 piece willpower or grace of the ancients. You can go duel wield and add 4 piece Magnus to it as well. Or just go vdsa/vma staff and monster set.

With necropetence and supplemental sets you can get your magicka anywhere between 55k-60k. Pretty cool.

Necropotence is probably the strongest DPS setup. However, one drawback is that your shades can steal the SPC buff. Not a big deal in four man content, but a big drawback in 12 man trials.
