1. People need to stop saying they are automatically reciving a quest upon entering Cyrodiil because that is an outright blatant lie YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ANY QUESTS WHEN YOU GO IN THERE. I will even make a new character and go to Cyrodiil at level 10 to PROVE you do not... Just read how to?
And regard Cyrodiil... When you enter you have a quest that explayn everything, how to fast travel, how to use siege etc
Why would I ever bother going to the collection section and how would I know that's wher I have to go? I got no message saying to do that There was no information saying to do that? Therefore there is absolutely no reason for me to bother going there. If I am supposed to then Zenimax needs to say to do so, and they didn't.Ehh, quests are available in your dlc collection section or simply visit any outlaw refuge and quest givers are there.
You or anyone saying I should have done that or known enough to do that is an ignorant troll.
Also there is no DLC tab in the collections section and here isa screenshot to prove it:
If I have to go to a certain place then Zenimax needs to explain all teh steps including what I have to click on, if they do not I wont' do it. They need to explain their product.

You see that little thing on the upper right side of your screen just to the right of the word collectables? Click on the one to the far right and I believe that is your DLC information.2 -

Since you found a trove you have unlocked the skill line. The skill line explains some of what is required to unlock the passives.
Additionally, there is a quest that no one with access to the DLC has to look for. It is available in the Collections window under the DLC tab (upper right corner of Collections window, far right icon). This quests sets you on the path for the TG quest line which helps level it up.
Really no reason to complain. Most MMOs do not spell out every minute detail and ESO has given us enough info to get started and figure the rest out.
Edit: and to say people are outright lying is in poor taste, just because you do not understand does not make them a liar. The quest give practically chases us down in many areas.Edited by idk on September 25, 2016 6:55PM3 -

OP is lying. He either do not have the DLCs or he found and accepted the quests already, so they are in his journal (if you accept and then abandon the quest, the icon appears again).Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Ok my apologies I play ps4 so my interface looks different however in your own screenshot you can see the icon for DLCs surely you can put two and two together and think your dlc content might have something to do with that tab...
