After reading the patch notes for One Tamriel I started thinking about what was said about all the sets minus agility, willpower and endurance. All sets will drop in all pieces; so weapons, armor, and jewelry. So what I take from this is that Spell Power Cure for example with now have weapons and jewelry including the rest of ICP and WGT sets. (this is to be like Shadows and Ruins from SoTH). Does this also apply to crafted sets??? jewelry crafting? But more important to me, does this mean all tel var sets will have weapons and jewelry ( including Black Rose)? Any thought or legitimate answers help, thank you.
