Are there any useful poisons for pve or PvP? Second: does medicinal use make poison effects last longer or no?

Seems that the poisons get very diluted at 3 traits and thus last for like 1.2 seconds or something

Great write up. Usually the larger overland (tougher) mobs drop the oils too. One missing from your list that comes to mind are Ogres in Wrothgar.
