I'm level 44 now and learning everyday. Pretty casual player, but I enjoy Solo-ing the PVE areas, grouping only for the MUDs. Does anyone know, via gossipy rumours or otherwise, if there are future end-game PVE areas, available for level 50+ characters, planned that will NOT only be made available via purchasable DLC?

Currently there are areas that are statically scaled to CP40/70/100/130/150 in Cadwell's silver zones 1-5, and CP160 in Cadwell's Gold all zones. The areas become available after you hit level 50. Were previously available only after the completion of main quest and in case of gold, the silver area. The alliance order is EP->DC->AD. So a DC player will have AD as silver and EP as gold, a AD player will have EP as silver and DC as gold, a EP player will have DC as silver and AD as gold. Also Craglorn becomes available only at level 50 and it's scaled at CP110/130 lower/upper.

But this will become obsolete in One Tamriel, when all areas will become available straight away and you can complete the quests in any order, being dynamically scaled to the area as you level, like the system currently in place in dungeons scaled from tool and DLC areas like Gold Coast, Hew's Bane, Whrothgar and Imperial City.

i think it can. i made a new toon on pts and took it through coldharbour. landed in vulkel guard and a guy in full 160 gear issued a challenge. which i declined.

also I'm really excited for the update. I'm overleveled on my new nightblade I'm leveling, and I am excited to be able to be the obsessive map-completionist that I am, and not get too OP.

I have already done some quests in Craglorn but I work in opposite shedules as normal people

So i can't wait to finish the storyline there by myself.
I really love group content, seriously, but I prefer to quest alone, always.
I am also really exited about the new sets! I have been keeping my undaunted keys, hopefully I will get something that is worth it ! Also, I have a friend in EP (I'm from AD) and I am happy I will be able to join him in his adventures too.
Dueling my friends will be nice, and when someone goes AFK in a dungeon maybe a quick duel is the perfect way to kill that time!!!
Anyway, all new changes are always welcomed and I hope One Tamriel brings the best of the game ^^

It certainly will be for me. If it wasn't for the maintenance I would be doing one of two things...

And why is that? Isn't being allowed to go anywhere at any given moment what TES is all about? It will allow for leveling new characters to be a new an fun experience for those that haven't been to other zones.

That's why I stopped playing WoW - every time I create a new character, I have to choose between 3 starting zones for each faction that I'm sick and tired of so much that the first 30 levels are a total pain in the neck.

I'm looking forward to One Tamriel, having to put up with Eastmarch and The Rift was a huge pain. I even deleted my level 38 EP character to start over in a new location with another faction and then I hear the One Tamriel is coming, and I actually get super excited, because I can go back to the only cool EP zones (first 3) and everywhere else for that matter.
