Game Freezes/Low FPS/High Ping

The past 2 weeks I haven't even loaded up the game due to these issues

I can play fine for 5 mins and then *** hits the fan, its starting to annoy me

Edit* So I can run in PvE zones on High settings at 1920x1080 in windowed fullscreen
but for PvP I have to downscale it to 1280x720 in fullscreen mode

    I've turned my textures down to Med and everything else off and switched the size form 1920x1080 to 1240x720 and it seems to work fine in PvE haven't tested it in PvP which I spend most my time on

    What CPU and graphics card do you have?

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

    I know this can't be the problem as I have been able to play on high settings since I got this PC ( Feb, this year )

    I would think you should be able to play the game at a mix of medium to high settings at 1080p with good frame rates with that set up. I think your components are fine. It must be something else.

    Are you on Windows 10 by chance?

    If so, try opening up the Xbox App and disabling the GameDVR. It gets turned on by default and can cause issues with games. Its worth a shot.

    I play on pc, I don't know nuffin 'bout no Xbox app.

    Does this have anything to do with the fact that I have to go into my 'controls' page and reset some commands from Xbpx keys back to 'nothing' for many of the alternate commands?

    Win7/64, 32bit client, and a lot of the same issues with an AMD R9-390 vidcard.

    I have been having the same issue for the last several days. High ping that stays high for several seconds, FPS drops over time, game freezing up for a couple seconds each time. It's making it near unplayable when this happens. Logging out seems to help for a minute or so, then right back to having problems.

    PC/EU
    Win 7 64 bit/64 bit client
    Asus x99 pro
    i7 5820k liquid cooled
    16 gig corsair vengence DDR4
    GTX 980 Ti
