Terrible ping and frame rates since last maintenance

Anyone else notice this lately? Cyrodil was unplayable today. My frame rate was less than 10 near any kind of action. I did all the usual tricks - took off all add ons, etc..

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭I had a bad ping rate - and then my PC installed patches on shutdown... my guess is some background Microsoft patches interfering with your game. Check if it goes away in a day or two?0
