Dunmer medium chestpiece dye bug(?)

As you can see, the Dunmer style medium chestpiece's arms are eternally a grubby brown colour, and aren't affected by any dyes. I can assume this isn't intentional, and it's been broken(?) for...Well, ever. Which is a shame, because it's a really nice looking bit of gear.
Just wanted to bring some more attention to it, hopefully we'll see a change.

✭I'm with you there - I really like the Dunmer style of the medium armor chestpiece and legs and I would like to give my Bosmer a dark green/dark brown/black armor - but instead I get this
:
I also hope they fix this someday.
But I am really glad that now we have this nice dark green

✭✭✭As far as I know, it's intentional. I had raised an issue with this and other motifs like primal bones not dyeing in a thread long ago. It didn't get much attention, so it mustn't be a big issue for players.0 -

Perhaps because with all those motifs in the game now only a handfull of players is still using this one.
I really like it, that's why I stick to it with her. Most of the time I'm playing in 1st person anyway, so I usually don't see it. But when I see it... let's say I learned to live with it...
